Personal coaching – for deepening and strengthening your own strength

Personal coaching is suitable for anyone who needs to live and work more from their own strengths. Awareness of yourself, understanding your own (often unconscious) patterns and behavior, acceptance of yourself; help you become who you are and do what you want.

Based on the conversations and various exercises and methods, you will develop insight into what currently requires attention, what you would rather do differently and how you can do it differently. In that process you will gain more and more clarity in your personal themes, unique talents and challenges.

Method
The content and number of coaching conversations required depend greatly on your issue. I usually work in a process of 6 to 8 conversations. Before we start, we determine together the number of desired conversations and an achievable goal. I work with 2-hour conversations that often take place every 2 to 3 weeks.
